Welcome to Chloe & Oscar. These terms explain how our store works and what you can expect from us. By using chloeandoscar.com.au or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Chloe & Oscar is an Australian online pet store. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Chloe & Oscar.

Our products

We work hard to describe every product accurately, including its materials, size and care instructions. Colours can look slightly different from screen to screen. Lifestyle images are illustrative, so please check the dimensions in the product description before ordering.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Free metro shipping on most orders. Additional shipping charges to some areas and for large items will be calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we'll let you know before we send it. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order, we'll email you a confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you straight away and refund you in full for that item.

We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and faulty items are covered in our Refund policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for the products we sell and for meeting the consumer guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable or that was caused by something outside our control.

Using our website

Please use our website lawfully. Don't try to interfere with how it works or access parts of it that aren't meant to be public.
