Common questions

How do I choose a dog bed size?

Measure your dog lying stretched out and add a little room. Every bed lists its measurements and many list a weight guide.

Do you have raised bowls for bigger dogs?

Yes. The Pedestal sits about 19 cm off the floor, which suits most dogs. Raised bowls can make mealtimes easier for older pets.

Can you help a small dog get onto the bed?

The Step-Up indoor ramp helps smaller dogs reach the bed or sofa. It has an anti-slip mat on every step and a fixed 50 cm height.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to metro areas on most orders. Some areas and large items have an extra charge. You'll see the exact cost for your postcode at checkout before you pay. We ship within Australia only.
