Choose a round plush bed with a raised rim for curling up, a flat memory foam mat for sprawling or a bolstered sofa bed for big dogs up to about 54 kg. Every bed lists its size, weight guide and washing instructions on the product page so you can pick the right fit.

How do I choose the right size dog bed?

Measure your dog lying stretched out from nose to tail and add a little room. Every bed lists its measurements and, where the supplier gives one, a weight guide. The Couch Potato XL suits dogs up to about 40 kg and the XXL up to about 54 kg. The Marshmallow 90 cm suits pets up to 25 kg and the 110 cm up to 36 kg.

Which bed suits a dog that likes to sprawl?

A flat mat with no bolsters, like the Rest Mat, lets your dog stretch out in any direction. Dogs who like to lean or rest their head often prefer a bolstered bed such as the Couch Potato. Dogs who curl up tend to like a round bed with a raised rim such as the Marshmallow.

Can I wash the beds?

Yes. Each product page gives the washing instructions. For example, the Couch Potato and Featherbed have zip-off covers, the Rest Mat cover unzips for machine washing and the smaller Marshmallow beds are machine washable.

Some beds arrive vacuum packed. Is that normal?

Yes. Memory foam beds like the Rest Mat arrive vacuum sealed. Unpack it and leave it a few hours to fully expand before your dog uses it.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to metro areas on most orders. Some areas and large items have an extra charge. You'll see the exact cost for your postcode at checkout before you pay. We ship within Australia only.

What if it's not right?

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email hello@chloeandoscar.com.au with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you. For change of mind you can return an unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 10 days of delivery; email us first, you pay the return postage and a 15% restocking fee applies.
